1/4″ P007 Fluimac mini air operated diaphragm pump with a maximum flow capability of 8 litres per minute and a maximum pressure rating of 8 Bar. This mini pneumatic diaphragm pump is ideal for small flow applications where the viscosity is not greater than 6000 cps.

The Fluimac 3/8″ P0018 mini diaphragm pump is a small pump delivering a big punch. Capable of a Maximum flow of 20 litres per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8 Bar, this little pneumatic pump is ideal for many OEM fluid handling applications. Washing machine chemical delivery systems are one example of the use application ideally suited to this small pump.

The Fluimac 1/2″ P0030 is the smallest in the 1/2″ product line up. Producing a maximum flow rate of 35 litres per minute at 8 Bar, the pump is a highly economical performer in the printing and lubrication industry. The P0030 is capable of handling soft solids to a maximum diameter of 3,5 mm and viscosities up to 15000 cps. This unit is very popular in the dual pump configuration where two colours or chemicals can be handled simultaneously with one pump.

The Fluimac midrange 1/2″ double diaphragm pump model P0050 produces a maximum flow rate of 55 litres per minute at 8 Bar. This is the most popular of the 1/2″ product lineup. Used for all types of chemical delivery systems in the polypropylene / PTFE configuration, the unit delivers excellent value. The P0050 can handle viscosities up to 20000 cps.

The Fluimac maxi sized 1/2″ P0065 diaphragm pump offers a huge maximum flow rate of 70 litres per minute at 8 Bar. This pump is designed for users who require large flow through 1/2″ pipes or high viscosities. The P0065 is capable of handling viscous fluids of up to 25000 cps. This pump is extremely popular in bulk chemical transfer applications, it’s relatively small footprint to capability ratio makes it an ideal mobile transfer pump in all industries.

The Fluimac 3/4″ P0100 is a monster pump for its size. Producing a maximum flow of 110 litres per minute at 8 Bar this unit is extremely popular for use bulk fluid transfer. The small footprint to flow rate ratio enables this unit to be easily mounted onto the back of a truck, carried in a cradle or fixed into a piped system. The P0100 can handle a viscosity of up to 25000 cps.

The Fluimac 1″ P0160 pneumatic diaphragm pump produces a maximum flow rate of 170 litres per minute, at 8 Bar. This pump is the mainstay of many industries dependent on reliable chemical handling systems. The 1″ P0160 is a tough, reliable, industry-leading process pump. Capable of handling very viscous fluids of up to 35000 cps and solids to 7,5 mm, the P0160 is a versatile addition to any fluid handling operation.

The Fluimac 1 1/4″ P0250 fits into the niche between the 1″ and the 11/2″ pump sizes. Producing a maximum flow rate of 250 litres per minute this pump is an extremely cost-effective addition to any process plant where a mid-range pump is required to perform at the edge of the large pumping systems. The P0250 is capable of handling very viscous fluids of up to 35000 cps. This positions the model as an excellent choice in both processes and bulk transfer applications.

The Fluimac 1 1/2″ P0400 with a maximum flow rate of 380 litres per minute at 8 Bar, is the mid-range bulk fluid transfer option in most industries. The unit is capable of handling solids to 8mm and viscosities up to 40000 cps.
The P0400 is the pump to choose when compressor load factors are important, from a pump size to fluid output volume, the P400 is an excellent choice.

The large robust Fluimac 2″ P0700 with a huge maximum flow rate of 700 litres per minute at 8 Bar, this is the ultimate pneumatic transfer pump.
The P0700 is capable of handling 8,5 mm diameter solids and viscosities up to 50000 cps.
